finally ! ... this is juz an experimental peice done in photohop...actually this guy is doc.. someone told me he look like a gay... so juz call him doctor gay haha... there will be another 3 nurse in the final piece.  

Yoz! juz finish this.... i know there's lots of proportional problem especially the right hand... anyway ths is juz a try using different method of rendering... : ( .Really need more practice on my shading.
